These Terms of Service are part of an agreement between you and NAWIA GAMES Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company existing under the laws of Poland (referred to herein as "Nawia"), regarding your use of Nawia's games and related services, which include applications for mobile devices and Nawia branded websites (referred to herein as "Service").
Use of the Service is also governed by Nawia's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing or using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and consent to the collection, use and storage of your information as outlined in Nawia's Privacy Policy.
Nawia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Service solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

The Service are copyrighted works owned by Nawia. Nawia reserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with the Service. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation the virtual items appearing or originating in any Nawia's game.
User Content means any data that you upload or transmit through the Service.
You retain your rights to any User Content you upload or transmit through the Service. By submitting, posting or uploading User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
You are entirely responsible for all User Content you submit, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. Nawia assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user submitting any User Content, and assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Service for inappropriate or illegal content or conduct.
You agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk and is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify Nawia from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by law in force in the Republic of Poland. In case of any dispute, the parties shall submit it to the court having jurisdiction over the business seat of Nawia.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
